A home lab built on Proxmox LXCs, migrated from an earlier Debian setup. GitLab CE now runs on a Proxmox ThinkStation P330 (upgraded to 19.1.1), with the old custom CTSDeploy webhook system replaced by GitLab CI/CD pipelines backed by a shell-executor runner.
Self-hosted Mailcow (Postfix/Dovecot, SPF/DKIM/DMARC) handles mail, alongside Samba NAS and Nextcloud on Proxmox LXCs. A full macOS Photos library was migrated into self-hosted Immich via osxphotos and the Immich CLI. The rest of the stack — AdGuard Home, Vaultwarden, Tailscale, Nginx, n8n, and InfluxDB — runs Dockerized with Cloudflare DDNS and split-DNS.
