GitLab MR Review Bot

Led development of an autonomous code review bot at JWX that runs against GitLab merge requests and posts inline findings directly in the GitLab Changes tab, in the same place a human reviewer would leave comments.

Reviewers triage findings with emoji reactions on the bot's note — accepting, disputing, or marking won't-fix — so resolved findings don't re-post on later pushes and the discussion thread stays actionable.
